Our dogs are screened for the following: hip/elbow, eyes, Cardiac, PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy), EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse), CNM (Centronuclear Myopathy), and HNPK( Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis). We also test all our dogs confirming they do not carry the "D Gene" aka the Dilute Gene. This gene is responsible for any other so called color not in Labrador standard such as "silver". A True Labrador does not carry this gene. Puppies go home with wellness exam/release by our vet, micro ship, booster, worming, and much more. Excellent references, years of experience.
