Welcome to Kordsmeiers Mastiffs!!  You haven't seen us in the show ring until this now, 2009 as we have been busy all these years, perfecting our bloodlines and paying our dues, and bringing back the Typey,Mastiff's of Old. This couldn't be done over night and has taken us years to accomplish and is an ongoing labor of love, since there isn't a perfect dog.   We believe the perfect Mastiff to be a combination of two breed standards, A.K.C. and the British and are therefore striving to ever produce and stamp in those perfect genetics, worthy of both.   We do not have over 3 litters per year and most of the time, only 2 if that many.  They are bred only to produce those excellent crosses that will one day hopefully benefit the breed by bringing back what has been lost for so many years ago, due to everyone breeding just to be breeding them.   Our females are never bred more than 3 times and are then spayed and retired. We never breed to outside studs nor do we breed our studs to outside females, to ensure disease free dogs and puppies.   Correct,socialized,well bred Mastiff's, with some of the oldest and most sound champion bloodlines in the world, stand behind our dogs. I believe in line breeding in order to ensure the stablity of the bloodlines so my dogs are tightly line-bred. Groppetti,Greco,Greiner Hall,Justamere,Banyon,Mellabee,Old School,Twin Oaks,Stonebrook,Southport,Falmorehall,Lionsire,Deer Run,Britestar,Kisimu,Linnville,Bredwardine,Bulliff and many more quadrupled(through the line breeding) are just a few of the great Mastiff's in my lines. This year, I'm going to add another famous line,for all the right reasons and traits to mine and start again the long process of stamping it, into mine, correctly and I absolutely love this aspect of the program.    We have puppies available now that would be an asset to any good breeding program or show family.
