Email Walburga German Shepherds Sierra Working Dogs breeds, raises and trains German Shepherds for Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue, Schutzhund, AKC sport, and most of all tremendous family companions. Our dogs are a combination of a breeding program established in 1967 and carried forward to today mixing in some of the top imports from Europe. We actually work our dogs, so we know our breeding stock. We are active in Search and Rescue and Schutzhund, as well as various other venues. We provide puppies to people after extensive puppy testing and matching to their specific needs. All our puppies are raised with Early Neurological Stimulation, optimizing their confidence and our understanding of how they handle themselves. They have specialized play areas focusing on changing environmental surfaces, agility obstacles and a changing environment. Puppies are started on clicker training and scent specific dogs can be imprinted from the time of whelping. We also keep and train some of our dogs to meet a variety of needs.
