Email Buck Run We are a family breeder of Great Danes and Border Collies. We have owned giant breed dogs for over 10 years and Border Collies for 3 years. We are striving to produce healthy lines, with solid conformation, and great temperaments for our Great Danes. Our Danes live inside with us and are our pets first and foremost. We are striving to produce healthy, high drive lines, with solid confirmation and temperament with our Border Collies. Our Borders follow the American Border Collie Association guidelines. Our Borders are working dogs who love their job and our family.

We came to love this giant breed over 10yrs. ago when we welcomed a Great Dane/ Saint Bernard puppy into our family. We loved our Samson, but we quickly realized we liked the look and temperament of the Great Dane. As we became more familiar with this breed and contacted other breeders we found that we wanted to raise this beautiful breed. We traveled to southern Ohio to pick up our first AKC registered blue Great Dane male, Knox. Knox solidified our love for this breed. While he had his puppy moments, we loved his laid pack temperament and his patience with our young boys. We got into Border Collies due to our need to move cattle efficiently. We purchased Pickett from David Henry out of Virginia. Pickett has become a vital component of our farm. He helps us move not only our cattle but also our sheep and goats. We purchased Storm last September from a breeder, breeder out of the Shippensburg area, Amanda. Storm has a natural ability too move stock and is becoming vital part of our farm.
